You need to complete the form to sign-up.  

The date you submit this form (assuming prompt payment) determines your place in line.  When choices have to be made, the preference goes to those that signed up earlier.

It takes a $1400/person deposit to get on this trip. This can be split into two payments. Your money is fully refundable up to 10/30/08.

1. Read the "Read This" Page.

2. Complete the form below.

3. Complete the membership application and determine the dues required.  I can handle it, even though the instructions have you mail to Violet.

4. Figure out how much you owe (deposits plus dues).  Dues are refundable if you cancel.

5. Make a copy of your passport (scanned/emailed image is OK).

6. Mail completed membership application, passport copy (if not emailed) and check payable to "Shooters Ski Club" to:

Your spot in line is determined by the time this form (assuming the check is received within 7 days).  Your spot in line determines first choice on trip preferences (if any; such as room type).  Check receipt date will be used for those received late.  You will get confirmation when your deposit has been received.  So if you don't see any confirmation, you need to follow-up.
